amazing, amazing, amazing
I was captivated by the fine design and how spacious my triple room was. The bus service to the Holy Mosque was convenient, and I loved the variety offered at breakfast-my favorites were the mashed potatoes and falafel! The staff were genuinely cute. I especially felt taken care of by Mr Amr at the buffet and Mrs Haya at the reception.
strongly recommend ❤️❤️

nice simple color theme, comfortable living area, pleasing scent in reception
Shuttle service is not reliable and far from Al Haram!!! Basic bathroom amenities like lotion and shower gel are missing!!! The washroom size is cramped and the lighting is not conducive for sleep!!!

The cleanliness of the room stood out immediately. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough when we requested cleaning. The quad room was spacious enough for my family and had all the amenities we needed. However, the breakfast experience during our stay left much to be desired. The choices were quite limited, with only a few basic dishes available. When it came to suhoor, the response from the staff when we inquired about food availability was disappointing. They even stated that they couldn’t provide more food and were less than polite in their approach. Although the location offered easy access to taxis and a nearby public bus stop to the Haram, the hotel’s shuttle service was not available on weekdays. It was a letdown considering we hoped to rely on shuttle services as advertised. All these little details added up, giving a mixed feeling about the stay.

The staff were incredibly warm. especially Mr Amr at the buffet. The area was buzzing with shopping centers and food options. and the hotel offered neat parking. Breakfast had some nice varieties like falafel and mashed potatoes.
The shuttle service to the Haram didn't appear to be reliable, and the breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.

The King Room had everything! I loved the air conditioning and the private bathroom was super nice. Also, the flat-screen TV and fridge were perfect. Plus, the staff were incredible, especially Ayoub and Haya, who went out of their way to help me. I’ll definitely recommend this place for an awesome stay.
